Kathryn comments on ‘Pangako Sa 'Yo’ remake rumors

Starring in a supposed remake of an iconic soap opera like "Pangako Sa 'Yo" would be a big honor for Kathryn Bernardo. The young actress has been rumored to revive Kristine Hermosa's character Yna in the 2000 series. "Kung bigyan ako ng chance na gawin 'yon, sobrang saya nun gawin... Classic na teleserye, so sobrang thankful," the Teen Queen tells "Bandila" on Friday, Aug. 22. Her perennial leading man Daniel Padilla, meanwhile, will supposedly play Angelo, originally portrayed by Jericho Rosales. What's sure for now, though, is that Kathryn and Daniel would have a duet in the former's debut album under Star Music which will be launched next month.
